Rajkumar Film Career [UPDATED]

Rajkumar began his artistic journey in theatre, joining the Gubbi Veeranna drama company as a child. After minor roles in early films like Bhakta Prahlada (1942) and Sri Srinivasa Kalyana (1952), he achieved overnight stardom with his lead debut in (1954). This performance as a hunter-turned-devotee set the stage for his specialization in mythological and devotional roles. Golden Era and Versatility (1960s – 1970s)
