ClickUp Free allows unlimited members, but for sensitive projects, you might want privacy. While you cannot create private Spaces on the Free plan, you can invite "Guests" to specific items. However, Guests on the Free plan have very limited permissions (often view-only). If you need full collaboration with privacy, you generally need to upgrade, but for client proofing, Guest access can sometimes suffice.
