In Money Heist Part 4, Episode 6 (“Escape Valve”), Nairobi is executed by Gandía. After surviving a previous shooting, she is held at gunpoint during a tense standoff. When she refuses to beg or show fear, Gandía shoots her through the head. She dies instantly.
