Installing Polytrack G+ is a 6-8 week process that begins with excavating the existing profile to a depth of 24 inches. A laser-graded stone sub-base with integrated drainage pipes is laid, followed by a porous asphalt or geotextile membrane. The G+ material is then laid in 2-inch lifts, each watered and rolled to specific density.
As climate change makes extreme weather more common and as the racing industry faces increasing pressure to prioritize equine welfare, Polytrack G+ is not just an option. Increasingly, it is becoming the responsible standard.
