Settings → tap [Your Name] → scroll down to device list → tap iPhone → shows IMEI.

On iPhone with dual SIM (e.g., iPhone XS/XR and later): You’ll see (physical SIM) and Secondary IMEI (digital eSIM). Settings → tap [Your Name] → scroll down

Settings → General → About → scroll to iphoneimei

On many iPhones, the IMEI is on the SIM tray itself.
