If the keyboard shortcuts fail, you can manually change the orientation through the system menu. This method works for all Windows users regardless of their hardware. Right-click any empty space on your desktop. Select Display settings from the context menu. Scroll down to the Scale & layout section. Find the Display orientation dropdown menu.
