Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc . In Task Manager, go to File > Run new task , type cmd , check "Create this task with administrative privileges," and hit Enter.
Instead of just pressing Shift + F10 , try pressing: shift f10 not working windows 10
If none of these work, try connecting an external USB keyboard to determine if the issue is hardware-related (a faulty key switch on your internal keyboard). Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc
