Zerroq abandons the concept of a centralized transaction log. Instead, it employs a "Gossip-Substrate" where state changes are propagated as discrete waves. Nodes do not wait for acknowledgment before processing the next instruction. Consistency is eventually achieved through a background "reconciliation weave" that repairs divergences only when they are detected, rather than preventing them preemptively.
