Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. Use this only offline or in a virtual machine for legacy software/hardware testing. Do not connect it to the internet.
To install Windows Service Pack 3:
Burn the ISO to a CD or mount in a VM. Boot and install. windows service pack 3 iso
