PLL is the fourth and final step of the CFOP method. After OLL (Orientation of the Last Layer) has turned the entire top face one color, PLL moves those top pieces into their final, solved positions without affecting the orientation. If your edges are solved but the corners are misplaced, you’re looking at these: : The classic triangular corner swaps.
