Today, Batman: Arkham Knight is frequently available for a few dollars on official storefronts, and most of the original performance bugs have been patched out by Rocksteady. However, for those interested in the history of software reverse engineering, the CODEX name will always be synonymous with the "definitive" (if unofficial) way many first experienced the conclusion to the Dark Knight’s story.
