Type wmic qfe list brief /format:table to see installed updates.

🔄 Once uninstalled, pause updates for up to 5 weeks: → Windows Update → Pause for 1 week (click multiple times for longer).

Most issues arise from "Quality Updates" (cumulative updates that fix bugs and security holes). This is the first method you should try.

⚠️ Note: This works best within 10 days of the update. After that, Windows may automatically remove old restore points.
