This is the busiest period. The city kicks off with massive light displays on Orchard Road for Christmas, followed by the New Year’s Eve fireworks at Marina Bay. The season culminates in Chinese New Year (January or February), where the streets of Chinatown fill with night markets and the colorful Chingay Parade .
