Susan B. Anthony, whose real name was eventually revealed to be , was a high-ranking operative for The Company. Unlike previous antagonists who hid behind desks or lawyers, Gretchen was a field agent willing to get her hands dirty.

Over Seasons 3 and 4, her character shifts from a cold-blooded villain to a more complex figure who occasionally works with the protagonists, though she remains largely untrustworthy. susan b prison break

Despite her training, Susan B. was not infallible. Her arc in Season 3 was a study in the failure of brute force against intellect. Michael eventually figured out that Whistler was playing both sides and that Susan B.’s control was slipping. The eventual escape from Sona was executed not because Susan B. forced it, but because Michael adapted to her pressure, using her own demands against her to facilitate the breakout on his terms.
