If you want to explicitly control the parking percentages, you must unhide the settings using the Command Prompt.

While disabling core parking boosts performance, it comes with trade-offs. On laptops, you will notice a significant decrease in battery life. Additionally, your CPU may run slightly hotter even when idling, as more cores remain powered on. If you want to explicitly control the parking
