The episode begins with Rick getting arrested and sent to a maximum-security prison for his numerous crimes. While incarcerated, Rick befriends Birdperson, a celebrity who has been imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. Rick uses his intelligence to escape the prison, but not before he manipulates the guards and other prisoners to achieve his goals.
