A strong character-driven episode. It’s not the funniest of the season, but it’s one of the warmest. Mary finally gets a moment to be more than just Sheldon’s anxious mom, and Sheldon’s righteous anger is both hilarious and oddly admirable. Watch it for the Chi-Chi’s nostalgia and the sweet ending.

During the scene where Mary yanks the TV cable out of the wall, she pulls it straight out, even though coaxial cables are threaded and must be unscrewed. A strong character-driven episode

While the "cleansing" of the house is played for laughs, the episode touches on Mary's genuine fear of losing her young son to the adult world of college. Watch it for the Chi-Chi’s nostalgia and the sweet ending
