Unlike the rest of the show, which was animated in a relatively soft, 2D hand-drawn style, the Violin Girl was rendered in jarring, jerky CGI. She hovers in a void of static. Her face is a plastic, unmoving mask, yet her eyes dart wildly. The animation is low-poly and primitive, creating the effect of the "Uncanny Valley"—something that looks almost human, but fails in a way that repulses us.
