Mandy (Emily Osment) is backed into a corner and forced to confront a long-running lie, adding intense personal drama to their already stressful financial situation.
They arrive at sunset. The lake house is tiny – one bedroom. Georgie gives Mandy the bed, he’ll take the couch. Audrey volunteers to watch CeeCee so Georgie and Mandy can sit on the dock alone. For the first time all day, it’s quiet. Mandy rests her head on his shoulder. Georgie says, “This isn’t the trip I planned.” Mandy replies, “No. It’s better. Because we’re still here.”
Without giving too much away, this episode promises to deliver plenty of laughs, surprises, and heartfelt moments as Georgie and Mandy tackle a new misadventure that pushes their love, communication, and problem-solving skills to the limit. Will they emerge stronger and more in love, or will the satrip (a quirky term they've perhaps coined) become the latest hurdle in their marital journey?
