A small, cramped apartment in a bustling Saigon alley. The year is 2023. LAN (34), a widowed seamstress, lives with her 7-year-old son, BINH. Her husband, Minh, died in a motorbike accident two years ago. Binh is a bright but difficult child—prone to night terrors and wild tantrums that have exhausted every neighbor.
